“If Ethan really did save Andy, did we curse him too soon?”
As soon as that comment was posted, everyone fell silent.

In the living room, Andy broke down in sobs, and Stephen cried with his head down. The livestream viewers averted their eyes, unable to face what they had just seen. Guilt and regret weighed heavy on their hearts.
The reporters, cameramen, and Marcus were unsure of what to do. Only Ethan looked on calmly.
He said, “Take your crying somewhere else. Don’t do it in my house.”
Hearing those words, Andy finally slowly stopped his sobs, and Stephen raised his head. He looked at Ethan in a daze and remembered why he had come in the first place.
It was to publicly humiliate Ethan and add to his crimes. However, he had humiliated himself instead!
He sat on the ground in front of a rolling camera, silently crying. It was hardly the image of a son of an influential family from Metropolis.

The cameraman immediately cut off the stream, but it was too late. People had recorded it. Members of the Whites had also watched the broadcast and reported it immediately. When Andy’s parents found out, they instantly called Simon for an explanation.

When the call ended, Simon let out a long sigh. Instead of hurting Ethan, it had dragged Stephen into the mess, and now, even Quinns were getting dragged down with him. It was a disaster.
Meanwhile, Andy stood up and walked up to Ethan, lowering his head as he asked, “What should I do now?”
Ethan replied, “We don’t have any relationship, so don’t ask me questions like that.”
Regret gnawed at Andy. If he had treated Ethan with respect earlier, maybe things would have turned out differently.
“Those people are still waiting for you.”
Ethan said calmly, “Tell them they can stop waiting.”
“But they…” Andy hesitated.
