Ethan had planned on enjoying the sun, but Rachel had kept sobbing like there was no
tomorrow.
Stephen shook his head. “That can’t be the only reason. You still have feelings for Rachel and could’ve brought her away. You could’ve also asked her to help you snatch Riveria away. It was such a good opportunity for you, so why did you call me?”
The groomsmen could not believe what Stephen said. His bride had run off to find another man. However, not only was Stephen not angry, but he was helping Ethan think of a plan? He was even encouraging Ethan to run away and take over Riveria? Had Stephen lost his mind?

“Rachel knows you don’t like her because Snow is the one you love. Now, I’m calling you, so you understand she doesn’t love you either. Instead, she despises you.

Stephen’s face turned pale. He finally understood that he and Rachel should not be together. Being together would only be torture for them.
