Chapter 0662
“Fine. You don’t know me? Great, because I don’t know you either!” Suzy snapped.
If he wanted to act like this, there was nothing more to say.
She shouldn’t have come in the first place!
Turning on her heel, she started walking away, but a police officer called after her. “Wait a moment, are you the Miss Suzy we spoke to on the phone earlier?”
“Yes, that’s me,” Suzy replied, taking a deep breath. “But don’t know the man behind me. You must have called the wrong person.”
This brat! He used to be so much more obedient as a child. Back then, though he didn’t talk much, his personality was far better than it was now.
Now? Sure, he spoke more, but his attitude had taken a nosedive.
And what’s worse–he had the nerve to develop feelings for her, his mentor.
She couldn’t, for the life of her, understand what he saw in her.
It wasn’t that she thought poorly of herself, but she had a fiery temper, a touch of neuroticism, and was older than him by a couple of years.
That might not seem like much, but to her, it felt like a whole generational gap. Why did it have to be her?
Wasn’t Diana more appealing than her?
Thinking of Diana only reignited her anger toward Elliot.
He’d sent someone to pick Diana up, but instead of letting Her return, he’d kept her under house arrest.
No wonder Diana hadn’t come back even after he returned,
Suzy had assumed Diana simply enjoyed her time there and decided to stay longer.
The more she thought about it, the more irritated she became.
She turned back to the officer and said sharply, “Whatever he’s done has nothing to do with me. Don’t call me about him again!”
Before the officer could respond, Elliot spoke first.
“She’s right. Whatever happens to me has nothing to do with her. Even if I die, it’s not her concern. You shouldn’t have called her!”
“Exactly! Even if you die, it’s your own doing!” Suzy was furious.
“Elliot, if I had known you’d turn out like this, I never would have taken you as my student!”
“And what kind of person am I?” Elliot suddenly stood, striding toward her. The veins on his forehead bulged as he stopped in front of her.
“You keep saying I’m ‘that kind of person.‘ So, tell me, what kind of person am I?”
You really don’t know?” Suzy’s face darkened.
“You know what you’ve done, so stop acting like you’re some kind of victim. You’re not a child anymore! Think

about the consequences before you act!”
“So, you’re convinced it was me?” Elliot let out a bitter laugh.
“You’re right. It was me. I deliberately poisoned Dylan. One to see if you’d still have feelings for him, and two, to completely destroy him physically. Two birds, one stone…
Though he smiled, his eyes were bloodshot.
“Even if Dylan neutralized the toxin, he’s no longer capable of having children. So, if you two reconcile, don’t bother dreaming about having a family!”
Smack!
Suzy couldn’t hold back and slapped him hard across the face.
“Elliot, look at yourself! What have you become?”
Elliot didn’t respond.
His dark eyes locked on her, filled with a complexity that was hard to decipher.
A single tear rolled down his cheek before he suddenly turned and sprinted toward the officers behind him.
The police, startled, quickly reached for their weapons. “Elliot! This is a police station. Don’t even think about causing trouble-”
Before the officer could finish, Elliot grabbed the gun from his holster in a swift motion.
Without hesitation, he turned it on himself and pulled the trigger, firing a shot directly into his chest.
As blood spread across his shirt, he turned to look at Suzy, his voice weak but steady. “I’ve avenged Dylan for you…
