“Smack!” Suzy tapped his head with her spoon. “You’ve got no respect! I only had you call him ‘Brother‘ before because I had no choice. Now you’ve gotten used to it.”

“Fits my foot,” Suzy shot back, glaring. “Don’t mess around with titles!”
Suzy didn’t notice anything odd with Elliot, but Simon, being a man himself, saw right through it.
After a quick glance, he masked the sharp gleam in his eyes and said to Suzy, “Who cares about titles? I’m not even in the organization anymore I agree with him–calling me ‘senior mentor ‘makes me sound old. ‘Brother‘ works better.”

“Why wouldn’t I care?” Simon said. “I’m only in my thirties, and you’re calling me like I’m some old man.
