Adeleke’s hands shook as he read the second document – a blood lineage test. Result: Adeleke Blackwood is NOT the biological sire of pup Klaus Blackwood.
The third showed Axel Vale WAS the true sire.
The fourth contained crystal memories of Martyna and Axel together.
“The pup isn’t mine?” Adeleke’s voice turned deadly cold.
“Lies! Someone’s trying to destroy us!” Martyna clutched his arm desperately. “Don’t believe these
tests!”
Adeleke called the pack healer. “Alpha, Luna Lilliana begged me to hide your sterility diagnosis,” the healer revealed. “She feared it would affect your pack inheritance. She took the blame herself, claiming she was barren. Your Luna truly loved you.”
The truth pierced Adeleke’s heart like silver. His beloved Luna had shouldered his shame, protected his pride, while he’d betrayed her so cruelly.
He seized Martyna, slamming her against the wall. “You enjoyed deceiving me? If you hadn’t stopped me from finding Lilliana, she’d be alive! Should I send you to apologize to her in death?”
Blood trickled down Martyna’s face as she snarled back: “If you weren’t sterile, I wouldn’t have needed Axel! What made Lilliana so special? She deserved to die – Axel should have killed her sooner!”
She froze, realizing her confession.
Adeleke’s eyes blazed red. “You ordered Axel to kill my Luna?”
Adeleke pierces Martyna’s body with her claws.
The Luna gown Martyna had been longing for was soaked in her blood.
This celebration turned into a funeral.

Two years later, at a sacred grove in Ironclaw Pack, a mating ceremony was underway. Sunlight blessed my white ceremonial robes as she faced Magnus, her eyes glistening.
“My love,” Magnus spoke, his voice carrying through the ancient trees. “I swore never to take a mate. Then your parents sought me out for a business alliance. When I saw your image in your mother’s moon crystal, my wolf knew instantly – you were meant to be my Luna.”
“The night you accepted our courtship, I couldn’t sleep. My wolf howled with joy, finally complete –
with purpose, love, and hope.”
My eyes softened as Magnus continued, “I swear by the Moon Goddess, you’ll be my only mate.
Loyalty to our bond is the sacred law of the Steele Pack.”
