Chapter 19
But she didn’t say anything, she was so cold as if she had never known him before.
Why did this happen? Sergio couldn’t figure it out.
He could only console himself, thinking that she must have been very angry, so she didn’t want to
talk to him much.
As long as he sought her forgiveness, she would definitely treat herself the same way as before.
This kind of thing cannot be rushed. She was good to herself for five years, and now it has just
begun.
Wasn’t there still three months left? In the remaining three months, he would definitely make her accept him.
After separating from Sergio, Sylvia still had some lingering fear.
He seemed to be unaware of the purpose I had when I was by his side.
If his system had anything to do with himself, wouldn’t he always be by his side in the future?
Sylvia was feeling a bit troubled. She had some complicated feelings towards Sergio, and she couldn’t even describe what exactly she felt.
Forget it, don’t think about it anymore. Her most important task now is to figure out how to restore
Quentin’s memory.
She took out the key and opened the door. She placed the fruits on the table and walked towards the
kitchen while putting on an apron.
“Quentin, I bought strawberries today, your favorite. I will cook them right away. Take a rest and
we can have dinner soon.”
As the words fell, the response to her was a clear and crisp female voice.
“Hello, I am Quentin’s colleague. Quentin has gone out and will be back in a while.”
Sylvia turned her head at the sound and was met with a beautiful and youthful figure.
The person had a small and beautiful face, and when they smiled, it was bright and radiant.
She took the initiative to introduce herself to Sylvia.
“My name is Aisha Davidson; you can call me Aisha.”
“We came together because Quentin and I had a project to discuss today. However, you don’t need

to worry about dinner, we will go out to eat later and talk about work at the same time.”
Sylvia’s smile froze on her face, and she couldn’t describe what she was feeling at that moment.
She thought she could accept the fact that Quentin forgot about her, but when the butterfly effect occurred and brought a series of small incidents, she realized how terrible her jealousy was.
She used to not care about how Sergio treated her before because she didn’t love him.
But at this moment, her heart felt as if it had been squeezed into a lemon, painfully sour.
Even so, she could only force a smile in response.
“Hello, I was his roommate Sylvia.”
Yeah, now her identity is no longer his lover, but a roommate.
With such an identity, she didn’t even have the right to feel jealous.
Not long after, Quentin came back, holding a bag of oranges in his hand.
Aisha was the first to speak to him.
“I came back. I said there was no need to make a special trip. Whether I eat the oranges or not
doesn’t matter.”
Quentin smiled faintly and spoke softly.
“It’s okay, not far, let’s go.”
After speaking, the two of them were about to leave. As they were leaving, Quentin’s gaze drifted to the strawberry on the table, and his eyes slightly darkened.
He turned his head to look at Sylvia, noticed the disappointment on her face, remained silent for a moment, and then spoke.
“Leave the strawberries there, I’ll come back to eat them in the evening.”
Upon hearing the words, Sylvia immediately turned around and her eyes lit up.
“Okay, I waited for you.”
In the end, he still cared about her feelings.
He was such a gentle person, even though he had already forgotten every little detail about her, he still cared about her feelings.
