After Erik got back to the country, he ran into Jeremy and his brother Wyattan a fancy busineESS
event.
Even though the Fawcett Group had officially announced that Jeremy had stepped down, they still
had him show up at different events.
Out of nowhere, Erik spotted a girl in the crowd who looked just like Arm. He found out from some people around him that the girl was Elsa, the woman Jeremy had cheated on Were with
Since Vera’s suicide, Elsa’s life has completely fallen apart. The Fawcett Group was affected, and the Perry Group went bankrupt because of the public backlash, with no one willing to work with
them.
Vera’s parents, not being able to handle the loss, moved in with the Fawcett family, but it wasn’t easy for them.
Lola, Jeremy’s mom, hated Vera for nearly ruining her family, so she was always masty to Vera’s
family.
But even with all of that, Elsa still stuck by Jeremy, not wanting to leave him.
From a distance, Elsa was nervously gripping her palm. She thought that after all the years site spent with Jeremy, he would eventually forget Vera and choose her instead. Even though that didn’t happen, she thought that her loyalty would get him to show some compassion. But, jeremy not only rejected her but also humiliated her in different ways.
“Jeremy, what’s your deal with that woman? Do you think I’m invisible? Why are you still messing
around with her?”
Elsa was shaking with anger, her face going pale.
Jeremy just shot her a cold look and then raised his voice, “Shut up! I finally got Vera back. If you my to mess with her again, you’ll regret it!”
Elsa, with tears in her eyes, turned to look at the woman next to Jeremy. The woman only sounded like Vera, but nothing about her looked like Vera. Elsa was Vera’s twin sister, and they looked almost exactly alike. If Jeremy wanted someone to replace Vera, she was the obvious choice. Elsa couldn’t figure out why Jeremy would pick a woman who looked nothing like Vera,

Elsa was about to lose it. She didn’t care anymore and tried to get at the girl standing behind
Jeremy.
The girl saw Elsa coming but didn’t even try to move away, letting Elsa tug at her.
Jeremy immediately stepped in, protecting the girl, and warned Elsa, “Didn’t I tell you not to touch
The girl stood off to the side, as if things weren’t bad enough, and said with fake tears, “Jeremy, it
looks like Elsa doesn’t like me. Maybe I should leave. She’s not feeling well, and I don’t want to
make it worse.”
Seeing the same tricks, she’d once used against others being used on her, Elsa couldn’t hold back her fury any longer and reached out to grab the girl’s hair.
“You slut! What makes you think you can do this!” she shouted.
